SHELTON, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol says an AMBER Alert has been cancelled after a 4-year-old boy was found safe on Wednesday afternoon.
The department says Kyson Moen was taken by his father, 26-year-old Joshua Moen, during a supervised visit around 12:30 p.m on Wednesday.
Officials say the child was found safe at around 4 pm, and his father was arrested at around 4:30 pm after reportedly running from authorities.
Joshua Moen is facing possible assault and eulding charges, according to the Shelton Police Department.
