College students can snag $30 tickets to Mariners ALDS home games: Here’s how

SEATTLE — The Seattle Mariners announced Wednesday that college students will have a chance to get discounted tickets to this weekend’s American League Division Series games at T-Mobile Park.

Eligible students will need to complete an online form on the Mariners website to verify that they’re currently enrolled in college and over the age of 18 to gain access to tickets.

Each student may purchase only one standing room only ticket for just $30.

“This is the start of a larger program we’re going to bring to life next season for college students,” said Catie Griggs, Seattle Mariners’ president of business operations. “Baseball can and should be accessible to anyone, and we hope that this will encourage even more students to come out to T-Mobile Park and cheer on the team.”

The offer is limited to the first 2,000 verified students who sign up.

Verified students will be assigned to either Saturday or Sunday’s game at T-Mobile Park.

Tickets will be distributed digitally 24 hours before the game.
