SEATTLE — Tuesday’s an exciting day for the Seattle Mariners as they face off against the Houston Astros in a best-of-five series, marking their first appearance in the AL Division Series in 21 years.
Although the team’s first two games in the series will be played at Minute Maid Park in Houston, plenty of local fans will be celebrating at watch parties across the state.
The team says it will not be hosting watch parties at T-Mobile Park this week while it prepares to host this weekend’s games at the stadium. But it encourages fans to cheer on the team at Hatback Bar & Grille, right across from the ballpark in the SoDo neighborhood, or any of its Mariners Bar League affiliates.
Glad you had a great time! Thanks for coming out!

- The Republic Bottle Shop in Marysville
- The Loose Wheel in Tacoma
The first two games of the ALDS series are set for a 12:37 p.m. first pitch on Tuesday and Thursday.
Then, the Mariners will return home this weekend with a game at T-Mobile Park set for 1:07 p.m. on Saturday. If necessary, the team will play another game at home on Sunday at 12:07 p.m.
In the event that a fifth game is necessary, it would be played back in Houston at 2:07 p.m.
