The Tornado Warning for Northwestern Pacific County in southwestern Washington expired as of 5:04 p.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service in Portland.

Officers arrested him for criminal trespass, resisting arrest and assault. The man also had two arrest warrants for reckless burning and criminal trespass.

Police said the car the suspects used to smash into the shop building was reportedly stolen. The suspects remain on the loose as of Wednesday afternoon.
