ARLINGTON, Wash. — All northbound lanes of traffic have re-opened on Interstate-5 in Arlington following a brush fire on the side of the highway.
Traffic was shut down near State Route 531.
North County Regional Fire Chief Dave Kraski says that five fires were set close together in a short period of time.
They are still investigating the cause of the brush fires.
