FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol (WSP) suspects a 3-car collision and fire was allegedly caused by a driver under the influence on Saturday night in Auburn on State Route 18.
All lanes were blocked heading eastbound and WSP posted on X that the driver who allegedly caused the collision was arrested.
WSP Trooper Rick Johnson wrote those involved in the crash suffered minor injuries.
EB SR-18 at Weyerhaeuser Way is fully blocked for this 3 car collision. Minor injuries to the involved. The causing driver is in custody for suspicion of DUI. Tows are on scene. pic.twitter.com/KIDR0vCNTx
