HOOD CANAL, Wash. — State Route 104 at the Hood Canal Bridge is alternating traffic each way while crews work to clear a crash.
According to Washington State Patrol, a semi-truck hit a pole and another vehicle.
The powerlines may have energized the semi-truck, and public utilities crews headed to the scene Tuesday afternoon to help.
No word on what caused the crash.
SR 104 UPDATE: Hood Canal Bridge is open to 1-way alternating traffic. We removed the dump truck but are still having issues removing the semi that was originally hauling the dump truck. Its axle broke and its leaking fuel, so we still need to remove it and clean up the road. 🧵 https://t.co/vV4F9Qyd4z pic.twitter.com/sbkbbYgKYw
