SEATTLE — Seattle City Light says power has been restored to the 2,800 customers who lost power in North Seattle Thursday morning.
The power went out around 8:30 a.m.
As of noon, the power was restored for most people. There were about 600 more customers waiting for their lights to come back on.
By 7 p.m., only 97 customers were without power.
