BREMERTON, Wash. — An AMBER Alert issued by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office(KCSO) was canceled after the three-month-old was found at Colman Dock in Seattle.
A mother and her 3-month-old daughter at the center of the alert were found aboard the Bremerton-Seattle ferry.
Milbourne was spotted by passengers on the ferry, who alerted the Washington State Patrol Troopers and pointed her out.
The alert was issued after the infant went missing, having been last seen on Preble Street.
She does not have legal custody of her daughter, and there was evidence that the infant could be in danger.
The sheriff’s office says that the infant is safe and the mother was taken into custody.
