MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A fan-favorite spring celebration featuring tens of thousands of tulips is set to open soon.

Tulip Town will open on April 1 for its 2023 season, which will wrap up at the end of the month on April 30.

The attraction has welcomed visitors to the Skagit Valley each April for nearly 40 years.

“As soon as visitors pass through the white ticket booth, they’ll be greeted by nearly one-hundred-thousand tulips in our newly renovated display garden,” said Kristen Keltz, CEO of Spinach Bus Ventures, which owns and operates Tulip Town. “We have once again planted early, mid, and late varieties of tulips in the field as part of our best efforts to have color throughout the month. Of course, Mother Nature will dictate when the blooms will be out in full force. The warmer the weather in the coming days, the more color we will have on the farm starting in April.”

Alongside over 55 varieties of tulips, visitors can enjoy trolley rides, a beer and wine garden, a retail boutique and local ice cream, coffee and treats.

Dogs will also be allowed at Tulip Town this year with the purchase of a ticket at any level except the Experience Pass.

Tickets are available on the Tulip Town website here.
