With the rent in Western Washington higher than ever and a newly passed statewide rent cap, many are wondering when price increases will slow down.
“It was crazy expensive for like, you know, barely a thousand square foot,” Taylor Baber, who was looking for a new apartment in Seattle, said.
New data from Zillow reveals a change could be in the works.
“The good news is, things are moving in the right direction,” Zillow senior economist Orphe Divounguy said.
