Renton police are investigating a shooting Wednesday evening in the 200 block of Morris Avenue South.
Officers responded around 5:20 p.m. after a 911 call reported someone had been shot.
When they arrived, they found a 42-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
The victim was transported to a hospital. His condition is currently unknown.
Detectives are continuing their investigation, and no further details have been released.
