Deputies looking for driver in fatal Parkland hit-and-run

PARKLAND, Wash. — Pierce County investigators are asking for the public’s help to find a driver who hit and killed a pedestrian and kept on driving.

On Nov. 15 at 3 a.m., deputies were called to a fatal car-pedestrian crash in the 900 block of 108th Street South in Parkland.

The suspect’s car had been heading westbound on 108th Street South when it hit the victim, deputies said. The driver did not stop.

Car parts left behind at the crash scene led investigators to believe that the suspect’s vehicle is a 2009, light-colored Audi A4. The car would have front-end damage from the crash.

Anyone who has information about the driver or the crime is asked to send a private message or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers using the P3 Tips app, tpcrimestoppers.com or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
